As a crew member, you can drive 400+ miles around the mountains as your runner only goes a mere 100 miles on the trail. Because of the mountains, you have to alternatively loop south to north access points to aid stations, going around the start/finish each time. Luckily, the RD and Aid Station captains are amazing, and this is a race you could easily run crew-less.
